Cold chain packaging

Cryo Store offers a wide range of validated, temperature-controlled packaging solutions under the brand name KelvinBOX. KelvinBOX packaging solutions are available for frozen, refrigerated, and ambient temperature shipments in compliance with regulations (IATA, packaging instruction P650, etc.) and are tailored to the size of the goods and the duration of transport.

Cryo Store also offers a wide range of validated packaging solutions with KelvinBOX for shipping biological, medical, and diagnostic samples classified as biological material Category B, UN 3373. This material must be packaged according to packaging instruction P650. The packaging must consist of three components: primary receptacle(s), secondary packaging, and a strong outer box. For air transport, the primary or secondary packaging (vial, bag, jar, etc.) must be able to withstand a pressure of 95 KPa.
