Delivery
The delivery of your shipment is carried out by one of our logistics partners. You can track your order using the provided track & trace details. Deliveries abroad may take a bit longer. You can always inquire about the available options.
After selecting the product, you can choose one of the following shipping methods:
1- Pick up at our facilities: weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and official holidays.
2- Express: delivery the next working day before 12:00, excluding remote areas and islands.
3- Saver: delivery the next working day before 17:00, excluding islands.
4- Standard: delivery within the Netherlands within 24-48 hours.
5- Pallet: for larger orders. Delivery in the Netherlands is usually the next working day. Outside the Netherlands, delivery depends on the location.
Shipping costs will be separately listed on the invoice and depend on size, weight, delivery address, and service.
